It looks like a 'stealth' update.  I uploaded it to the files archive on July 7th and 
it has the 7a86... md5sum, but when I just did a fresh download it has the b06f...
md5sum.

I'll fix it, but it's very irritating when upstream does this.

new:
-rw-rw-r-- 1 bdubbs bdubbs 1335294 Jul 13 06:16 enchant-2.8.19.tar.gz

old:
-rw-rw-r-- 1 blfs blfs     1269754 Jul  7 10:09 enchant-2.8.19.tar.gz

I did not extensively check to see all the differences, but the newer version has 17 
additional files.  They apparently have something to do with gnulib.
