shadow 4.20 produces annoying messages when chroot to the newly built
system and su to regular users:

-su: cannot set terminal process group (-1): Inappropriate ioctl for device
-su: no job control in this shell

This is caused by the commit f384b3df in the shadow source to avoid
falling prey to tiocsti.
It's not a critical issue though, JFYI.
