Sicarine, I found a solution for your issue accessing the breeze theme when
I encountered the same problem several weeks ago, Here is how I solved it.
In the sddm.conf I set:
ThemeDir=/usr/share/sddm/themes:/opt/kf6/share/sddm/themes

But this still left the problem you mentioned today. That I solved with the
symlink as follows:
/mnt/lfs/opt/qt6/qml$ ll org
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 20 May 20 14:35 org -> /opt/kf6/lib/qml/org

I think this works, but the BLFS devs may have a more elegant solution.
