With all due respect to you and Bruce, I don't need a lecture. I simply 
was following the book and see that this package is a runtime dependency 
of libnotify which is recommended by the geoclue package. I've never 
even looked at the LXQT instructions, I'm just following the book.

Sorry for the noise. Sheesh!
