Cert problem when attemping build of mesa

I haven't got a clue what is wrong.  I checked make-ca-1.16.1, installed new
versions of nspr-4.37, and nss-3.115 with no effect.

Run-time dependency syn found: NO (tried pkgconfig and cmake)
Looking for a fallback subproject for the dependency syn

file
