See https://wiki.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/ticket/21688.  Per Bruce we
won't take an action unless it's rejected by pip some day.

The speed is unrelated to the warning.  It's slow because a lot of .c
files are compiled without any parallel jobs.

I don't know, but it should be noted that if we point out this we should
also point it out for rustc (for rust-gdb), systemd (for coredumpctl
debug), and maybe others.
