LLVM documentation instructions in BLFS a bit out of date

Add " -D LLVM_ENABLE_SPHINX=ON" to cmake

lfs [ /usr/src/llvm-20.1.8.src/build ]$ ninja docs-llvm-html
[1/1] Generating html Sphinx documentation for llvm into "/usr/src/
llvm-20.1.8.src/build/docs/html"

mkdir -v /usr/share/doc/llvm-20.1.8
cp -rv docs/_doctrees-llvm-html docs/html /usr/share/doc/llvm-20.1.8

I suspect the doctrees stuff is not really needed.

file:///usr/share/doc/llvm-20.1.8/html/index.html

is a good starting place and does what I expect.
