lynx and brotly

i was interacting with a user on lfs-support discord who was having issues
with lynx. out of the box blfs lynx with no parameters attempts to access
its own web page https://lynx.invisible-island.net/ but fails with can't
access startfile.

running lynx -trace indicates the server is responding with
application/x-br which is brotli compression. since lynx is not built with
brotli the out of the box blfs text brower cannot render its own web page.
