cmake-4.2.0 has simple typo in build instructions

The build instructions for all cmake-4.X.X I looked at have:
            --mandir=/share/man  \
and should be:
            --mandir=/usr/share/man  \

It is a pain in the a55 for us cut and paste types... 8^).
