sphix_rtd_theme-3.0.2 sed

Hello list,

I am trying to install sphinx_rtd_theme-3.0.2 and when I run the sed
listed on that page in the blfs book I get this error.

alan [ /usr/src/sphinx_rtd_theme-3.0.2 ]$ sed -e 's/0.22/0.23/'        \
    -e ''/sphinx >/s/9/10/'' \
    -i setup.cfg
-bash: /s/9/10/: No such file or directory

Am I doing something wrong?
