It is in /usr/include/c++/14.2.0/x86_64-lfs-linux-gnu/bits/*.h
My rpm says /usr/include/c++/14.2.0/x86_64-lfs-linux-gnu/bits not owned 
by any package.
I don't remember what caused it to be installed there.
Possible solution is copying them to /usr/include/bits/
