Built and installed the following packagesfrom top to bottom of list in 
order.

Polkit			duktape, GLib-2, libxslt, Linux-PAM
systemd			Polkit(runtime)

When logging in the password is not asked and it logins in whether root 
or user.
When logging in as a user su -l goes straight to root user.

In my opinion is is something with the pam setup.

I don't do pam so maybe someone knows what is going on.

The build and install is by the book and I used the dump-commands scripts.
