It seems you get all the Advisories only if you leave both the "Version" checkbox and the accompanied select box as they are (as in set to "13.0" version) and then press the "Search" button.

I suspect you have switched the "Version" checkbox to "All Advisories" (same as I did at first BTW), which (possibly somewhat counter intuitively) results in the listing as per you post with libheif as of 2026-06-01 at the top.
