mips64el: Revert drm-panic changes (for now?)
This reverts commits:
- 858a1409f03ae5280614f6fe723d0974a302a6df
- 79648bf7701a5208d86da279f00e7839dab93fe4
- 5ee35073fbe1229ed984514c6ac1496c5224e20c
- 2349341e3e641bb87b879d5547fc4c4a6275e713
- fdf21dccbab633957d3f46ce79f6f037f51229ad
MIPS hardware does not have system framebuffer, thus the rationale of
drm-panic changes does not apply.
I don't know if they can be added back in the future or not.
