 FWIW, there seem to be a non official version at
 https://www.tcl3d.org/bawt/download/InputLibs/expect-5.45.4.1.7z. Will try
 to post a diff with 5.45.4. Note that it only works with gcc-14 if
 -fpermissive is added.
