 LLVM-20.1.8 already has the fix.  I've not checked earlier versions but
 I'll update LLVM for BLFS soon.

 For GCC we just need a simple sed: `sed '/struct_termio_sz/d' -i
 libsanitizer/sanitizer_common/*`
