#5784: Move sqlite from BLFS to LFS

IMO it should have a priority higher than pcre and libsigsegv as various
BLFS packages require Python to be built with sqlite. Thus if we move
sqlite to LFS, we'll no longer need to rebuild Python in BLFS.
The difficulty here is the optional documentation is in the Zip format
that we cannot handle in LFS chroot. Maybe we can simply tell the users
to install the documentation in BLFS after building libarchive, or
repackage the documentation into .tar.something.
