 configure spits a warning:

 checking for libmpdec >= 2.5.0... no
 configure: WARNING: no system libmpdec found; falling back to bundled
 libmpdec (deprecated and scheduled for removal in Python 3.16)
 }}}

 Thus we'll need adding mpdecimal (https://www.bytereef.org/mpdecimal/)
 into the book, sooner or later.
