 I moved pcre2grep away and the installation still succeeded.  It looks
 like the "build dependencies" here means something useful for the
 developers of man-pages, not the distros.  So we do **not** need to move
 man-pages after pcre2.

 The mansect script indeed uses pcre2grep but it does not require pcre2grep
 when we install it (i.e. it's only a runtime dependency).
