    mips64el: libelf: Update known failure number
    
    The failures are:
    
    - run-strip-strmerge.sh
    - run-strip-reloc-self.sh
    - run-elflint-self.sh
    - run-exprlocs-self.sh
    - run-varlocs-self.sh
    - run-readelf-r-manyfuncs.sh
    - run-reverse-sections-self.sh
    
    Also note that I cannot reproduce dwarf_srclang_check and
    run-backtrace-native-core.sh on any of my system (various
    architectures).  But let's just keep them here to be consistent with
    trunk.
