 There is a note about the necessity to use efibootmgr in
 https://www.linuxfromscratch.org/~xry111/lfs/view/arm64-systemd/chapter10/grub.html.
 I thought the issue was specific to my box for LFS arm64 development but
 it seems not so specific now.
