systemd mounts it automagically at boot. SysV certainly doesn't. For
openrc, I cannot tell, but it needs specific code in the `init` binary.
Note that when running grub-install without --removable in chroot, as said
by Xi, efivarfs '''has to''' be mounted.
For OpenRC, efivarfs is apparently mounted via `/etc/init.d/sysfs`, part
of the boot runlevel, which is nice to know but not helpful for mainline
LFS at the moment.
So far, I think the branch covers every major piece of info and addressed
most if not everything here. I think this branch is ready for review.
