 Changes from 3.0.2 to 3.0.3:

 * Restore correct handling of sysroots when emulating legacy pkg-config,
 and
   add explicit regression tests for this case.
 * Fix references to bomtool in spdxtool --help.
 * Fix various typos in the source code.
