Thanks. I didn't go into using git-svn to push changes as I've never done it
and my reading suggests that it's very version sensitive and very easy to
get wrong.

I also screwed up the bit about how to fetch it from githib. Fixed here:

To grab what's on github just run:

git clone git://github.com/lyda/Linux-From-Scratch.git
