Hi, thanks for your response. It's true that with initramfs I can mount another filesystem and switch to it with pivot_root or switch_root, but in my case I would like to keep the initramfs as the main "os" an no switch to another filesystem, so I would like to "see" this initramfs as a mount point so with a real capacity with df, for program (like mail) can see a disk capacity sufficient. So, the goal is not to do many things into the initramfs, ok ok ;), ... but minimum programs without a necessity to swith to an other more big filesystem.
