Hey Ken!

Good to see that there are still some names I recognise!

I'll probably hack on the SVN book to give me what I want, and then cherry pick from BLFS.  Having been on Arch for a while I'm used to a package manager (pacman), so I'll try something there too.  This is still in the early 'think' stages, and at my age I'm not so quick as I was...
