I have recently been trying various package managers for LFS, and after
reading the hint on paco (
http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/hints/downloads/files/paco.txt), I
discovered this: http://porg.sourceforge.net/ (Thank you AUTHORS!) Unlike
paco, It looks like porg is being actively maintained. The most recent
update was just last month.

I am excited to try it! My plan is to install it at the end of LFS chapter
5 and then use it to install the entire system! I may run into issues.
That's why I decided to inform the LFS community of my efforts. If
somebody has already tried this, I would like to know how it went. If not,
I'm hoping that you will and that we can compare notes. If it works, I
think it would be a great addition to the LFS/BLFS books even if just as a
hint.
