rsync daemon on linux host, does a (graphical) rsync program for windows exist?

Hi LFS wizzards,
I have a linux box where I have ssh access to. I am now working on a windows box, and I would like to copy some files via rsync. As far as I know I have the following options:
1)Run a linux distro in a VM, and then use native rsync to get the files
2)Install sygwin on the windows box, and use rsync from there
3)Install a program in windows that encapsulates rsync, and give me a graphical way to do it. Does such a program exist?
