I have copied some of my audio CD's to my home directory. This is legal
under the fair use provisons of copyright material. The material is
protected from unauthorized copying by the access controls built into
the linux kernel. Distributing an explanation of a fault in the kernel
is traffiking in a technology/service that is primarily designed for
the purpose of circumventing a technological measure that effectively
controls access to a work protected under the DMCA.
