GREAT IDEA (tm)!!! :-) This requires some digging, but could be useful to a 
lot of people. I think it needs a kind of policy though, to keep the 
script-kiddie species out of there.

Not difficult. Exploit the brk() function. That should do it. :) Or, use 
Aleph1. Compile an exploitable piece of code, mark it SUID root and exploit 
it with some home-grown exploit. Instant root acess, deflected if the user 
has propolice installed. Can't get scarier than this.
