I think the most reasonable way to start this would be to adopt the security.txt as a joint project of slfs. When slfs is big enough it can move on its own, hopefully with blessings. security.txt can be divided and linked to other hints or websites, while giving an introduction to linux security. slfs would better organize and elaborate on what is in the hints, and more that wouldn't fit into hints. It would mean everything would need to be written from two perspectives, one as an hint/addon, and another as a core component.
