I'm starting to think we _should_ concentrate our efforts on LFS-5.x as it will be built on a more seasoned kernel. LFS has the ability to boldly move forward, where as the security world moves 2 steps forward, then one step back. So perhaps the hint/book/whatever should for now concentrate on LFS-5.0, then if we succeed in a reasonable time, the amount of updating required for the then current LFS-5.x should be minimal. Either way, the 2.6 kernel changeover period will make for some hectic workloads. :( -- Archaic The American Republic will endure, until politicians realize they can bribe the people with their own money. - Alexis de Tocqueville -- http://linuxfromscratch.org/mailman/listinfo/lfs-security FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/faq/ Unsubscribe: See the above information page
