Given the amount of discussion on SLFS that's been happening on a
previously almost-silent ML, and also given that the discussions are
looking like they're moving towards actual agreement on how it's going to
start, I'd like to add my vote for a new ML.

Is there any way I can be set up as a subscriber automatically if/when it
is set up, so I don't miss anything? Thx.
