"Hardened LFS" mailing list now running

We are in the (slow) process of writing a book that will systematically
hardened an LFS system. There will be heavy influence on teaching. Some
things tossed about for inclusion are how common exploits work and some
general admin practices (remote logging, intrusion detection, backups,
etc).
