issue with creating toolchain with lfs versions

hi all,

i am looking for some help to resolve this wierd issue of the compilation
failing in gcc-pass-1 with below error:

the only successful build is happening in lfs-7.8 with gcc-5.5 and every
version beyond it starting with gcc-6 is failing for whatever reason and i
tried with lfs-12.1 with gcc-13.x the latest.
