again 32 bit LFS 12.4 kernel problem

Hallo list,

it gets weirder more. I compiled 6.18.0 *on the 32-bit machine* (took 
only 3 hours) and I have the same problems again.
Working 12.0 with gcc 13 can run that compiled kernel without problems, 
but as soon as I switch to the newly compiled 12.4 root, it fails again, 
cannot load the modules. But: the error message about ELF is different now.

I'm starting to believe I have a hardware problem with the disk aka 
spinning rust, but SMART says the disk is ok.
