The book warns of bugs in the coreutils patch: Many bugs have been found in this patch. When reporting new bugs to the Coreutils maintainers, please check first to see if those bugs are reproducible without this patch. I have an error during build during patch installation: can't find file to patch at input line 4128. diff -Naur -i coreutils-9.10/tests/unexpand/unexpand.pl coreutils-9.10.patched/tests/unexpand/unexpand.pl. If I skip patch installation, the build proceeds without issue. This sort of thing is a little above my paygrade in terms of understanding. Where should I be looking to see if this is a known issue? Has anyone else tried the build and had this error? -Steph ------------=_1771802717-1253-9627 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Content-Disposition: inline Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit MIME-Version: 1.0 -- http://lists.linuxfromscratch.org/sympa/info/lfs-support Unsubscribe: See the above information page ------------=_1771802717-1253-9627--
