I could use the following in .wgetrc as a workaround. It seems they're
blocking tools like wget and also Proxies like squid.

$ cat .wgetrc
user_agent =3D Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36
no_proxy =3D localhost,127.0.0.1,.greenwoodsoftware.com
