Typo in LFS 13.1-rc1, Section 3.1, wget-list

Hi folks,

First question - is it appropriate to mention typos in the various books
here? Or should that be reserved for lfs-dev or some other list?

Second, since I'm here, I'm building LFS 13.1-rc1. The wget-list link in
section 3.1 is pointing to the incorrect URL:
https://www.linuxfromscratch.org/lfs/downloads/13.1-systemd-rc1/wget-list-systemd.
it should be:
https://www.linuxfromscratch.org/lfs/downloads/13.1-systemd-rc1/wget-list.

I'm also not sure if you expect messages like this, or whether this type of
thing is either known, or just expected 'work to go', so please let me know
if that's the case.
