compilation fails with WANT_PLUGPLAY_DNS undefined

Hi,

When compiling vanilla dietlibc without WANT_PLUGPLAY_DNS defined in
dietfeatures.h, compilation fails with:

libcruft/res_query.c: In function 'res_query':
libcruft/res_query.c:134: error: label 'nxdomain' used but not defined
make: *** [bin-i386/res_query.o] Error 1

this patch will fix it:
