missing Makefile

Sorry for my previous posting!
All is OK with the Makefile.

The host on which I tryed to build dietlibc was with modified
filesystem.  It's impossible to cleate Makefile in any subdirs.
Other files are OK.

I find this dummy!  May be they think that this
improves the security ;-)  Next works fine:

normal host>  scp Makefike host:/dir/mm
bad    host>  make -f mm
