Hello,

due to a couple of rebuilds at Arch Linux we noticed that currently the
only way to retrieve source code is using the cvs. kernel.org probably
threw much away because of the incident in spring this year.

There are also a couple of other dead links at the site so I guess a
general overhaul would be fine.
