Please send us the entire ModemData.txt.
While I will do an update shortly, the old one is still OK.
The DEB packaging standards seem to have changed since I assembled
agrsm048pci-2.1.60_20100316_i386.deb.
I'll work on an update and also send you something you can use sooner.
