LRP 2.2.19-1 AND isapnp and yamaha sound card

Hi

I am trying to install a yamaha sound card YMF719 (opl3-sax) into my lrp
installation.
The dmesg log shows me it is found:

Sound initialization started
Found OPL3-SAx (YMF719)
<MPU-401 0.0  Midi interface #1> at 0x330 irq 9 dma 0
Sound initialization complete


However whenever I try to use mpg123 to play a file I get this error:

myrouter# mpg123 alex
mpg123: can't open cache '/etc/ld.so.cache'

I am about 99.99% sure it is the config of my sound card that is causing
the issues.

I am now trying to use ISAPNP, but when I run it I get a SEGMENTATION
FAULT. After trying to compile it for a statically linked library in the
Makefile (as per the howto) I still get the same error.=20

Is there special version of ISAPNP for LRP or am I compiling it wrong on
my other unix machine (debian)

Is there anything I have missed or should look at.
