Dear All,
Now I am trying to make my WPC-11( version1 ) can run successfully on
my FC4( kernel 2.6.11 ) machine.
But I meet much trouble now. I hope someone can help me to solve my problem.
Here I'll show my set up steps and maybe you can find where I was wrong.

At first, I downloaded linux-wlan-ng-0.2.1-pre26. Then, I unzipped it
in /usr directory. I also add "t10003c7.hex" into
/linux-wlan-ng-0.2.1-pre26/src/prism2. After that, I opened a terminal
to run "make config". Following words are my pre-configuration:

[root@BobLinuxStation linux-wlan-ng-0.2.1-pre26]# make config

-------------- Linux WLAN Configuration Script -------------

The default responses are correct for most users.

Because I'm using Toshiba laptop, there is no PCI or PLX on my
machine. Other options I followed default set yet.

When I did "make all", I found there were many "Warning:"s. I'm really
worry about them.

Then I read README file to try new configuration. But I found it seems
not necessary to modify /etc/pcmcia/network.opts file. I did not want
change its own IP setting or DNS setting. I just want this card can be
found by my machine and can be driven automatically.

In fact, before I install wlan-ng driver, the system's original
Orinoco pcmcia card driver and find this WPC-11 and can drive it very
well. But I need wlan-ng to work. So I delete original Orinoco's ko in
/lib/modules/2.6.11-1.1369_FC4/kernel/drivers/net/wireless.

When I insert my WPC-11 PCMCIA card into my machine, I used "lsmod" to
see if the driver is working successfully. Following is the content of
"lsmod"

I found "p80211" and "prism2_cs" are working, but why the card cannot
be driven normally? When I open /var/log/messages to check, I found:

I used 'root' id to operate. I'm really puzzled by these messages.
Does anyone can tell me where is the keypoint of my problem? Or, if
there anyone has driven WPC-11(version 1) successfully on even lower
version kernel? Can you share your experiences with me?

Thank you very much. Any hint is welcome.
