The functionality you describe doesn't really have
anything to do with the device drivers for wlan0 or eth0, but is in the kernel networking subsystem.

Essentially you want your PC to act as a router - perfectly
possible in Linux.

It may be simply a case of enabling 'IP forwarding' -
typically distros turn this off by default as a conservative
precaution.

In a debian based distro, it would be one line in a file such as /etc/networking/options. I'm sure FC has a similar
config file - but not sure where. An FC forum or user group
would be a better place to ask.

Note I think for other machines on your wireless segment
you would need to set them so that they see your 'bridge PC'
as their default gateway (so set gateway IP address on
those machines to the IP address of your bridge PC).
