This looks like an SELinux error. I'm not sure why it's happening; I
use linux-wlan-ng on FC4 and have not had any SELinux issues, though
I'm using USB. I'd suggest:

Make sure you have the latest version of the selinux packages
(including selinux-policy-targeted).

Take a look at docs such as:
http://fedora.redhat.com/docs/selinux-faq/

Either play with system-config-securitylevel if you're feeling lucky -
be careful though, make sure you don't lock yourself out - or post a
question on a Fedora forum. You could try disabling SELinux altogether
at first, to see if this solves the problem, then find a more specific
solution if you'd like to keep using SELinux.
