This is a MIME encoded message. --=_4fdedf3bc310bd5656e35bd8e3a3491d Content-Type: text/plain Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Hi list, when I plug me Linksys WPC11 car into my fedora box, the following modules load automatically: hostap hostap_cs orinoco_cs orinoco hermes ieee80211_crypt I also have the wlan-ng package build which also loads the prism2_cs driver. First, I -- like my laptop -- am confused as to which driver(s) to use. I want to be able to use my wireless connection for access. I also want to be able to switch my configuration to use Kismet. So my first question is this: am I confusing my configuration with all of these modules? Second, is there a simple tutorial for using the wlan-ng prism2_cs driver for monitoring, then a howto about switching back to my wifi network configuration? Much appreciated. --=_4fdedf3bc310bd5656e35bd8e3a3491d Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Content-Disposition: inline _______________________________________________ Linux-wlan-user mailing list [email protected] http://lists.linux-wlan.com/mailman/listinfo/linux-wlan-user --=_4fdedf3bc310bd5656e35bd8e3a3491d--
