Esound and multiple Xservers

I am using a 4 terminal pc in redhat linux.I want to
play  flash in mozilla.but im not getting the sound
played in 4 terminals.can anyone suggest a method to
play sound in flash using mozilla in all the
terminals?
I found a thread relating this, which was posted on
07-15-2003, in which it was said to add an esd group
into the file /etc/security/console.perm.How can i do
that?im new in this field, so i dont know how to add.
