As a genral point and dealing implicitly first -
simply clicking "What links here" on the "blarny" page
will bring up links back to "foo" and "bar" and any
others - trivial, simple - ergonomically speaking one
might want to have a more accesible "button" for the
"What links here" link - however... that's a different
matter.

Dealing explicitly - links to "foo" and "bar" can
simply be added to "blarny"'s body text or blarny's
"See also" section if one considers them *very
relevant* - again, trivial - depending on whether one
would want a *systematic* approach here, we could
simply stipulate an explicit guideline to make sure
that if a "very relevant" page isn't linked in a
page's body text, then maybe it should be the first
entry in the "See also" section (or something similar)
- again trivial.
